Head / Team Lead of Media Buying
🔧 Обязанности
— Building and scaling our performance marketing from zero
— Leading user acquisition efforts through Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram/Threads)
— Collaborating closely with product, creative, and development teams to launch and optimize funnels
— Managing and scaling large media budgets focused on ROI
— Designing data-backed strategies and reporting on performance KPIs
— Developing and executing bold new acquisition mechanics tailored to Gambling
‼️ Требования
— Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar leadership role (Head / Team Lead of Media Buying)
— Proven track record in the Gambling industry (must-have)
— Deep expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram/Threads)
— Strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills
— Comfortable working at a high pace with performance KPIs
— Office presence in Warsaw is required
— Experience acquiring In-app traffic
— Experience with Tier-1 markets (CA/AU/NZ)
