SMM Lead (iGaming)

🟢 Develop and implement SMM & content distribution strategy across key projects 🟢 Launch and grow social media channels: Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram 🟢 Drive performance: follower growth, engagement, reach, CPM, ER 🟢 Coordinate content production: briefs, media plans, creatives 🟢 Coordinate and execute partner campaigns, media sponsorships, and branded content initiatives 🟢 Track analytics, test hypotheses, and iterate strategy based on performance 🟢 Build and manage your own team (as we scale) 🟢 Act as the go-to expert in social media within the company, supporting other units when needed

✔️Proven track record of launching and growing social channels in the iGaming/gambling niche ✔️Hands-on approach: you know how to execute, not just delegate ✔️Deep understanding of organic mechanics, user engagement, and retention ✔️Familiar with advertising restrictions and platform-specific rules in gambling ✔️Strong communication and collaboration skills — you know how to work cross-functionally ✔️Ability to develop and implement content strategies from scratch ✔️Experience running paid campaigns and optimizing budgets for maximum ROI ✔️Strategic thinker with a tactical mindset ✔️Self-starter with strong ownership ✔️Highly organized and structured ✔️Able to juggle multiple initiatives and move fast ✔️Communicative and confident in negotiations ✔️English В2-С1 ➕Experience building and leading a team ➕Understanding of sports-related content and audience behavior is a strong advantage ➕Experience working with influencers and community management in the gambling sector ➕Familiarity with analytics tools (Telegram analytics, YouTube Studio, Looker Studio, Livedune. etc.) ➕Other languages
