Build chains for streaming services; Coordinate and oversee the movement of traffic; Reach specific KPI's. For example: 500 FTD with a payback of 40% of the first month’s traffic. Assign tasks to appropriate team members based on their skills and availability; Ensure smooth projects progress from initiation to completion; Monitor resource availability and make adjustments as necessary to maintain project timelines; Prepare reports and updates for management and stakeholders; Implement strategies to improve workflow and optimize resource utilization. Requirements: Experience as a Traffic Manager with a focus on Media Buying or SMM;  Knowledge of iGaming domain;  Experience with international markets (Brazil, Latin America, India, Western Europe);  At least Upper-Intermediate level of English;  To be communicative, proactive, and initiative.

Would be a plus: Knowledge of Portuguese.

Due to the team extension and rapid company growth Generator needs a Traffic Manager to join their team. The main goal of the position is to improve traffic quality and increase volumes, and identify and resolve issues that may hinder project progress or efficiency.
